2025 AFCC CA Conference Exhibitor Registration and Payment Form

We’re so glad to have you with us in Costa Mesa this year as an exhibitor!

Registration includes one 6′ skirted table and meals in exhibitor area for TWO people throughout the weekend. The Saturday Luncheon is not included in meals provided, but may be added for $50 per person attending. Please note that if a staff member is registered for the conference their meals are already paid for. ( Example of pricing : You have three staff members who are not registered for the conference and all three of you will attend the Sat. Luncheon. That would be $500 for the table, plus $50 for extra person for meals (except Luncheon), plus $150 for all three to attend Luncheon, equaling $700.)

You can book your reservations using this link to receive the special conference room rate at the Westin South Coast Plaza.  Please book your room before 1/10/2025 (book early as we often sell out).
