Deborah Wald
Deborah Wald is the managing partner of The Wald Law Group, a family law firm based in San Francisco. Her practice is divided between family formation – including egg, embryo and sperm donation, surrogacy, and adoption – and guardianships, parentage actions, and custody litigation. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist, and is on the Board of Directors of the California Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). She also is the President of the Academy of California Adoption/Assisted Reproduction Lawyers, and the standing Chair of the National Family Law Advisory Council of the National Center for Lesbian Rights.
