Dorie Rogers

Dorie A. Rogers has practiced family law since 1981. She is certified by the State Bar Board of Specialization in family law. Ms. Rogers specializes in high-conflict custody with issues of refuse/resist, relocation, domestic violence and substance misuse/abuse. Her approach is solution-focused with the assistance of mental health professionals and educating courts with Brandeis briefs incorporating recent social research relative to best interest of children and the statutes governing children. She is active in the Association of Certified Family Law Specialist, as the Director of the Orange County Chapter developing an annual four part Speakers Series focusing on complex family law issues with judges, lawyers and forensic professionals as presenters. Ms. Rogers is on the ACFLS Amicus Committee reviewing appellate cases for publication. She enjoys writing articles and mentoring.
