Jacqueline Singer

Jacqueline Singer received her PhD from CSPP-Berkeley in 1983. She obtained her license as a psychologist in 1985 and specializes in complex family law and dependency cases. She has conducted over 450 custody evaluations and 350 dependency cases and consults on custody and dependency cases. She has presented to local bar associations, AFCC and ACSFL to attorneys and mental health professionals on sexual abuse, alienation, move away evaluations, and psychological testing in custody and dependency cases and provided training to dependency attorneys in California for the AOC. She has published on psychological testing and custody litigants.
