Jacqueline Singer

Jacqueline Singer, PhD is a forensic psychologist who specializes in complex family law cases. She has conducted over 500 custody evaluations and consults with attorneys on custody cases on a wide variety of topics including domestic and international move-aways, alienation, domestic violence, sexual abuse, parenting plans for infants and toddlers, paternity cases, and high-income earner cases.  She has taught graduate classes on psychological assessment and child custody and has presented to attorneys and mental health professionals on topics relevant to family law cases involving custody or financial disputes. She has also provided training to dependency attorneys for the Administrative Office of the Courts. She has published on psychological assessment and custody litigants, interviewing children about sexual abuse, virtual visitation, and the impact of affluence on youth.
