Michael A. Saini
Professor Michael Saini holds the endowed Factor-Inwentash Chair in Law and Social Work and he is the Co-Director of the combined J.D. / M.S.W. program at the University of Toronto and the Coordinator of the Children and Families Field of Study at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, Canada. Prof. Saini has over 200 publications, including books, published articles, and book chapters that address children and families’ well being in systems governed by law. Dr. Saini is the President Elect of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
