Tenaj Moody

Tenaj is an accomplished author, speaker, and advocate in the areas of domestic and sexual violence, criminal justice reform, and mental health. As an Afro-Latina millennial who overcame poverty and domestic violence, Tenaj is committed to empowering survivors and changing the conversation around violence prevention. She offers tailored programming and consulting services for survivors of gender-based violence, women, girls, and gender-nonconforming people, as well as justice-involved women and girls. With a Master’s in Criminal Justice and a license in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Tenaj uses her expertise to provide gender-responsive, culturally-affirming, and trauma-informed support to those in need.
