Family law professionals who work with challenging individuals and families can experience emotional, physical, and mental fatigue. Attempting to navigate and meet the needs of emotionally charged clients often leave professionals feeling overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted. This presentation will examine the stages of professional burnout, its causes and what to do to prevent it.
