Presentation Abstract*
The abstract will be used in promotional material and on our website to describe your presentation to attendees. It will also be included with our continuing education applications. Should be no more than 150 words.

Attach the one-page outline of your program here. The outline will be used by the conference committee in evaluating your submission. It will also be included with our continuing education applications and will be included in the final materials give to conference registrants. Formats accepted: Word (.docx or .doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf).

Three learning objective are required and should be stated in behavioral terms (use the link on the main Call for Presenters webpage for instructions on writing objectives in behavioral terms).
