Emberly Cross
Emberly C. Cross, JD, MSW has been working with DV, sexual assault, and stalking survivors since volunteering at her college’s rape crisis line. She obtained her J.D. and M.S.W. from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), then worked on staff directing the DV crisis line. Since 1996, she has been the director of San Francisco’s Cooperative Restraining Order Clinic, helping survivors obtain restraining orders and child custody orders. She served two terms on the Judicial Council’s Family and Juvenile Law Advisory Committee and currently sits on its Violence Against Women Education Project Planning Committee.
