Jennifer Gerard
Judge Gerard currently sits as a family law judicial officer in Riverside County. She was previously a commissioner. Prior to becoming a commissioner, she practiced family law as an attorney for over 10 years. Judge Gerard has an extensive background practicing law, in her various capacities as a District Attorney, a member of the Juvenile Defense Panel, and as appellate and minors’ counsel. Judge Gerard has been an adjunct professor. She has a significant background in domestic violence and child abuse, and has long been recognized as a competent and well-regarded member of the legal community.
