Kathleen Smith
Kathleen Smith has been a solo practitioner since 1996 focusing on all areas of Family Law. In 1999, she began working with women and children who needed legal representation in obtaining TROs and custody/visitation orders. At about that time, Kathleen also began representing parents in juvenile dependency cases. Kathleen is on the Minor’s Counsel Panel for Sonoma County Superior Court Family Law Division and has been court-appointed to represent minors in family law cases for more than ten years.
