Penny Clemmons
Penny Clemmons has been licensed as a clinical psychologist for over 30 years, has practiced law for 24 years, is certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California, and specializes in mediating complex custody cases in Santa Barbara, California. In addition, she teaches at the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law. For the past 18 years she has served as a Voluntary Settlement Master for the Santa Barbara Superior Court and was honored in last year with the J. William McLafferty Pro Bono Volunteer of the Year Award.
