Roger Chan
The Hon. Roger Chan is a judge with the San Francisco Unified Family Court, presiding over both family law and dependency trials. He also serves on the Superior Court’s Equity, Fairness & Inclusion Committee. Prior to being appointed to the bench in 2016, Judge Chan was the founding Executive Director of the East Bay Children’s Law Offices, a non-profit whose mission is to protect and defend the rights of children and youth through holistic, vigorous legal advocacy. Judge Chan has served as a member of the Judicial Council Family and Juvenile Law Advisory Committee from 2017 to the present.
