Seth Goldstein
Seth Goldstein was a Berkeley Police Officer and worked as an investigator for the Santa Clara and Napa County DA’s offices, handling sexual abuse cases. Since 1995, his legal practice has been dedicated to helping litigants in child abuse cases, mostly family law matters where child abuse or interpersonal violence is alleged and parent alienation has been the defense. He has authored a leading textbook on investigations of sexual abuse. He testifies as an expert as well as represents parents in dissolution cases, including as a trial consultant/co-counsel where child abuse is alleged. He has lectured around the world.
